Titan Logix is aware that some FINCH IIs exhibit irregular readings on the 7-segment display when the temperature falls below -20C / -4F.
If you operate your display in these extreme cold temperatures, enter the serial number seen on the front of the display to find out if your FINCH II qualifies for the replacement program.
If your Finch II display does not contain a QR code on the front of the display, as shown below, then it does not qualify for the replacement program, and it should function as normal in cold temperatures.
